Level 6 – Dolphin

When completing Dolphin Level 6 swimmers will be able to complete the following:

1. Perform 100m freestyle, with correct race skills.
2. Perform 100m backstroke, with correct race skills.
3. Perform 66m breaststroke, with a correct split-stroke.
4. Perform 20m butterfly
5. Demonstrate a correct throw rescue, giving clear instructions.
6. Tread water for 2 minutes, then performs 100m survival backstroke.
