Level 6 - Shark

When completing Shark Level 7 swimmers will be able to complete the following:

  1. Perform 200m freestyle, with correct race skills
  2. Perform 200m backstroke, with correct race skills
  3. Perform 100m breaststroke, with correct race skills
  4. Perform 33m butterfly, with correct race skills
  5. Perform 132m individual medley, with correct race skills
  6. Tread water for 4 minutes, then perform 100m survival backstroke
